Stress Less is a six-week course designed to help you understand stress, manage it effectively and restore balance to both mind and body.

Through a blend of gentle learning, guided practices and group support, you’ll explore the science of stress and discover powerful, practical tools to help you stay calm under pressure and live with greater ease.

Each session combines:

  • Up-to-date stress management techniques

  • Mindfulness and relaxation practices

  • Body-based tools for grounding and nervous system regulation

  • Creative reflection and journaling

  • Connection and shared experience in a supportive small group

You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand what stress really is and how it affects you

  • Calm your body’s stress response using simple daily techniques

  • Change unhelpful thought patterns and self-talk

  • Develop mindful awareness and emotional resilience

  • Build your own “Stress Less Toolkit” for lasting balance and wellbeing

No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to explore, reflect and take small steps toward a calmer, more centred life.
